We are finally home after an awful trip home on Saturday, Aug 9. It was so great being on vacation. The house was great, although we did not spend much time in it. My daughter was upset that she did spend more time in the pool. I rant and rave about Formosa Gardens and Oak Island Cove to anyone who will listen. And, not to forget, the directions to the house you supplied were perfect as well.

Hello Alan,

I ALWAYS preach about renting a home instead of the hotel scene. My husband Alan tells me I should work for you guys. I know of at least 3 families that will be interested in renting a home next year. They may go in on one together. I almost had them renting this Spring but work/school/economy interfered. After they looked at my video of the home we stayed in they thought it was the way to go. I know we will never stay in a hotel while visiting in Florida! So don't worry, if I hear the word Florida I always let them know about the 4 bedroom home w/pool vs. The one room hotel room. Most of all Alan I love it my kids say "Let's go home and swim in the pool" while we would prepare a barbeque. You can't say or do that while staying in a hotel.

We had such a GREAT time in Florida! The house on 2924 Alamanda Loop was in immaculate condition! We felt right at home the entire week!! The girls especially loved being able to swim after long days at the Disney parks. I loved being able to do laundry throughout the week!!!

You were a big help throughout the course of booking the property! Thank you so much for your honesty, your promptness in replying to my many emails, and the directions that you provided at the last minute for us to drive down to Florida.

We are VERY pleased with how everything went and will DEFINITELY keep your telephone number and contact information for the future!! We made sure to sign the guest book too and included some kind words about your assistance throughout the transaction!!

I washed all the towels and put them away, ran the vacuum, and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom countertops. I didn't wash the bed linens though (since we left at 6:00 in the morning on Saturday).

Thanks again for everything and I'll definitely be in touch with you in the future (maybe to invest in purchasing a home - but not just yet...)

This is Michelle Fowler. How are things going in sunny Florida? I stayed at your home a couple of nights in December with my brother, Marty Stewart, and had a lovely time. Your home is really nice!

It's the time of the year for us to start looking toward a fall vacation in Florida and what better place to stay then in one of the places that you handle! We really love it. When you get a chance can you give me some pricing and availability on a 4 bedroom home in October. I just wanted to thank you very much for everything. The villa was great...

I don't think I'd ever go to a hotel in Orlando again!! I'll be sure to

pass along your web site to other families I know who do the "Disney trip"

each year. I'm sure they would appreciate it as much as we did. It was

very convenient to everything... supermarkets, shopping, Disney, etc.

Our friends also loved the villa - especially for their baby. It was nice

not having to go out to dinner every night after a long day in the parks.

It gave the kids a chance to just unwind.

How much does a 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa go for - approximate figure (with

enclosed pool & Jacuzzi)? We actually talked about investing in a property

like that but didn't have time during our vacation to investigate it more

seriously. Hmmm... sounds like a good excuse for a trip without the kids!!

Thanks again! We had a great vacation, although we were hoping for warmer

weather. Thank goodness the pool was heated. The kids even used it on a

couple of the chilly days!
