This superbly designed villa home is situated on the prestigious location of Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens, just off Highway 192 (West), behind Splendid China theme park. This home is on the closest residential community to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five-minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney, Church Street Station are a short car ride away.  Rolling Hills is a premier development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192. Our fully air conditioned villa home occupies a premium oversize corner plot on this estate and has views over a lake. The villa home is single story and comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 2 Masters (King sized beds) each with their own en-suite bathroom. One of the en suite rooms is equipped with a walk in shower and the other a bath with a shower over. All linens are provided. Both of the Masters have Cable TV and paddle fans. Laptop friendly telephone points. ( free internet access for you lap top computer). The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and there is a third bathroom for use by the occupants. All three bathrooms have a WC and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen (with laundry room including washer and dryer, Iron and Ironing board) is spacious and is adjacent to the very large family room with cable TV , CD player and VCR,  that opens on to a west facing (West is best for the sun lovers) screened patio and private pool at the rear of the house.  The home will sleep 8 comfortably   Up to 2 babies (under 2 years old) may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots (cribs) and/or rollaway beds. There is a 2 car garage attached.

You will be travel weary after your journey.   This is not the time for you to be trying to find an office to pick up the keys to the home.  Escape the attempt to sell you tickets and time share.  Book with us. We give you directions to the home and a code to the lock box containing the key.  So you drive directly to the home no messing about in the metropolis trying to find an office!!!
Minimum Stay 3 nights - stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a once-off cleaning fee of between $60 and $125 depending on the size of home required. Smoking inside the homes is not permitted.  We cannot accept pets under any circumstances. . We and our agents cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury or damage to any person or their property whilst residing at one of these homes. Reservations are only accepted with your express agreement that you will supervise your children and any non-swimmers at all times when they are using the swimming pool. All homes are fitted with smoke detectors - a detector for the hearing-impaired is available.
