 IT is not widely know that Realtors can help with the purchase of a New home directly from a builder. You can , of course, buy directly from the builder but let me tell you why that is not the sensible way to do it. Most builders offer a commission to Agents like me to help them sell their homes. As your agent, I will help you find the home that suits you. This service is free of charge to you as I will be paid by the builder. The joy of having your own real estate agent is that I will look after your interests, NOT the builders and my services are free!! Remember, the builders sales person is obliged to look after the builders interests. Also he can only help you with that builders homes. I ,on the other hand, will look after your interests and will help you with any and all builders. A great deal for you and you will be protected by your very own professional real estate agent free of charge!! IN certain circumstances I can help with a contribution towards your closing costs. (a rebate at closing) PLease ask for details. Our rebate program applies to new home construction and new home communities. In order for us to be paid a commission and in turn pay you a rebate, it is IMPERATIVE that Frontline Florida Realty be your “registered” Realtor with the builder. We prefer to be with you when you visit a new home community and handle this registration in person. (Remember, we are a full service real estate company.) However, should you visit a community without us, be sure to tell the builder’s site agent that you heard about the community from Frontline Florida Realty and that Alan Martin of Frontline Florida Realty is your real estate agent. WE MUST BE PRESENT BEFORE YOU DO A LOT DEPOSIT OR ENTER INTO A CONTRACT. If the builders agent asks you to fill in ANY registration form then it is best to decline until we can be there to represent you. IF you do fill in any registration form, then be sure to add my name as your realtor.
