If you want to stay close to Disney, yet have the comfort and convenience of home, then our house is for you. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can enjoy the spaciousness of our four bedroom / three bath home? Why get up early to secure a lounger by the pool when you can relax by your own pool / spa? You can have these advantages and more, and all at a fraction of the cost!

This superbly designed Villa (completed in November 2001) is situated in the prestigious Indian Creek sub division at Formosa Gardens, just off Highway 192 (West), behind Splendid China theme park. This home is in the closest residential community to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five-minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney, Church Street Station and Universal Studios are a short car ride away.  Indian Creek  is a premier development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192. There are 10 International standard 18 Hole Golf Course with 10 miles of the home too! There is a mini golf area, children's play area, and Tennis courts on site. This fully air conditioned villa home occupies a south facing fenced plot for added security and privacy,  Also this home is single story and comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 1 En - suite (Queen and full sized beds)   All linens are provided. The master has a Laptop friendly telephone. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each.  All three bathrooms have shower, a WC and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the very large family room that opens on to a south facing (sun all day) screened patio and private pool with spa at the rear of the house.  A further sofa bed is situated in the family room to sleep an additional 2 persons if required. (a total of 10 in all).  If you do not want to use the sofa bed additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots (cribs) and rollaway beds. There is a 2 car garage attached.

You will be travel weary after your journey.   This is not the time for you to be trying to find an office to pick up the keys to the home.  Escape the attempt to sell you tickets and time share.  Book with us. We give you directions to the home and a code to the lock box containing the key.  So you drive directly to the home no messing about in the metropolis trying to find an office!!!
Minimum Stay 3 nights - stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a once-off cleaning fee of between $60 and $125 depending on the size of home required. Smoking inside the homes is not permitted.  We cannot accept pets under any circumstances. . We and our agents cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury or damage to any person or their property whilst residing at one of these homes. Reservations are only accepted with your express agreement that you will supervise your children and any non-swimmers at all times when they are using the swimming pool. All homes are fitted with smoke detectors - a detector for the hearing-impaired is available.
