Just a quick e-mail to say thankyou for your advise and recommendation for the
villa we rented from you recently on our Holiday in Florida.
504 Balmoral Drive, The Sanctuary at West Haven had by far the best location we
have ever stayed in Florida over the years.
Our journeys to and from the attractions were the shortest we have ever
experienced. Champions Gate also being one of the easiest locations to find upon
our arrival.
The Villa itself was superb. I think it occupies the best plot on the
development, with South facing pool, we found ourselves almost wishing we could
stay home all day.
We noticed on the day we departed that the house has been put up for sale by
Frontline Florida, and so presume that it will not be available for rent in the
future. This is very unfortunate, however I hope that you will be able to
recommend properties of a similar standard for our future visits to Florida.
May I thank you once again Alan for your help in finding us our accommodation,
it certainly made our holiday the best ever.

| This villa is
located at the Sanctuary at West Haven set amongst a protected
conservation area. The villa overlooks a natural lake and is south
facing, ensuring all visitors will get the most of the glorious Florida
sunshine all the year round.
The villa is within a walled and gated
community for extra security and peace of mind.
This brand new villa offers luxurious
accommodation wand has been beautifully furnished to the highest standards
throughout and is fully air conditioned.
It boasts a superb screened swimming pool,
30' by 15' with a Jacuzzi spa, which can be heated on request. The pool
area has an extended sun deck with patio furniture. The pool overlooks
the natural lake and conservation area.
The villa is very spacious and includes all
the home comforts you can think of. On the upper floor is the master
bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe for ample clothes
storage and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Leading from the master bedroom
is a balcony which overlooks the tranquil lake and wetlands. There are a
further two bedrooms and bathroom.
On the ground floor there are two sitting
rooms, a dining area and breakfast area, all furnished to an exceptional
high standard. There is also a further two bedrooms and bathroom, one
cloakroom and superb oak fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave oven,
dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. There is a utility room which
comprises of washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The home is supplied with all bed linen and
towels.
There is cable TV and video in one of the
sitting rooms and a cable TV in the master bedroom. |
| The Sanctuary
is an ideal location for all of the top attractions. It is less than 15
minutes away from Disney World and MGM Studios and approximately 25
minutes drive from sea world and Universal Studios. The Florida shopping
mall is just 25 minutes drive and there are other numerous shopping
outlets, all within easy reach. You will be spoiled for choice!
If you want to travel further and explore
more of Florida, we are only a few minutes drive from the Interstate 4.
Within a five minute drive there is a large
Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets.

Minimum Stay 3 nights - stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a once-off
cleaning fee of between $60 and $125 depending on the size of home required.
Smoking inside the homes is not permitted. We cannot accept pets under any
circumstances. . We and our agents cannot accept any responsibility or liability
for any accident, injury or damage to any person or their property whilst
residing at one of these homes. Reservations are only accepted with your express
agreement that you will supervise your children and any non-swimmers at all
times when they are using the swimming pool. All homes are fitted with smoke
detectors - a detector for the hearing-impaired is available.
