This wonderfully spacious lounge with modern vaulted ceiling is furnished to a very high standard, having ample seating with a Queen sleeper sofa and a further sofa and chair all in matching designer fabric. A remote control 27" colour TV, video recorder, DVD player and CD music system, all to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment. Large French doors lead out to the Lanai, Pool and Jacuzzi / Spa. These upgraded standards are carried throughout the villa to ensure your stay is one of complete relaxation.

This sumptuous master bedroom has a king size double bed and it’s own en-suite and very spacious bathroom, leading out to the magnificent fully screened heatable swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa. With a large Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, WC, his ’n’ hers vanity units with hairdryer and wonderful walk in wardrobe. Also in this suite there is a 19" remote control TV and Video combo, phone and radio clock alarm.

This second master suite also has a king size double bed and it’s own well-appointed en-suite bathroom/WC leading out to the pool. The suite also features large fitted wardrobes, remote control TV and Video combo, phone, radio clock alarm and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3 has a full sized double bed and shares bathroom 3 with Bedroom 4, which has twin beds. Both rooms also have remote control TV and Video combo, phone, and radio clock alarm. Both rooms are furnished to a high quality specification.

This room has the versatility of being both an office or a 5^th Bedroom. The room features a large office desk and executive chair. Office facilities can also include a plain paper fax machine, USB printer and cables and answer phone with cordless handset. Alternatively should you require a further twin bedded room this room also features a modern wrought iron sofa which unfolds into 2 separate twin beds with full sized twin mattresses. This room also contains a TV and Video combo, phone, and radio clock alarm. The room is also adjacent to the 4^th full bathroom.

This fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker with gas hobs, microwave oven and extractor fan, dishwasher and upgraded huge 24 cu.ft side by side fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, further the kitchen also features a TV and Video combo. An array of electrical accessories such as coffee maker, food mixer, blender, can opener, toaster, etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

A fully screened, and oversized heatable Pool measuring 32ft x 14ft with its own rock waterfall, underwater lights and the best quality poolside furniture including loungers, 8 seater table and cocktail table with bar stools. Also included is a huge Charbroil gas BBQ. Right next to the pool is the wonderfully relaxing Jacuzzi/Spa, the perfect place to dispel the aches and pains of a day’s enjoyment at DISNEY.

This is a truly ‘top notch’ executive villa with many upgrades, including ceramic tiles in the foyer, hallway, kitchen and nook, dining room and all bathrooms, and is smoke free and designer furnished to the highest standards for your every comfort and convenience. There is independent cable television to all seven TV’s and videos, six telephones are installed and are available to guests without charge for local calls. Long distance calls may be made through the use of a credit card or phone card. A helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times.
